Layers of Diversity Within the South Asian Community in York Region

This project had 2 sections:

  • Youth volunteers assisted with the research and development of a powerpoint presentation and a booklet.

  • South Asian community leaders,  human service agencies, youth volunteers, and South Asian community members played a vital role in the development of the documentary that illustrates the issues that the South Asian community faces and suggestions on improving services to the South Asian community. The documentary is available on request.
